HH Consult A/S bases its success on trust – trust that we will uphold the highest ethical standards when providing services to our clients. To help advance and preserve this trust, HH Consult A/S has developed this Code of Conduct designed to serve as a guide and reference for our behavior.

Because the business climate is so dynamic and complex, it is difficult to cover everything in one document. This Code of Conduct is designed to outline the behaviours that you can expect from any employee of HH Consult A/S but is not meant to be an exhaustive list of all legal or ethical matters.

The fundamental principles of HH Consult A/S’ Code of Conduct can be easily summed up as honesty, integrity, transparency and a commitment to “doing the right thing”.

• We fulfill the Vision stated in HH Consult A/S HHC Business Manual.
• We will pursue our business with integrity.
• We will respect the rules of law governing our business.
• We respect and support human rights and the political, cultural and religious customs declared by FN.
• We do not use and do not support children work or forced labour.
• We are guaranteed a healthy and safe working environment.
• We have the right to organize and the right to free negotiations of wages and working conditions.
• We will not participate in or condone corrupt and fraudulent practices.
• We prohibit corruption and the payment of bribes of any kind, whether in dealing with officials or individuals in the private sector.
• We will only give or accept gifts for business purposes and only up to reasonable levels – and never during the process of competitive bid or tender exercise.
• We strongly discourage the use of facilitation payments.
• We will not seek personal gain through abouse of our positions in HH Consult A/S.
• We do not participate in cartel formation or other kind of hidden illegal agreements.
• We avoid political contributions.
• We hold no secret or unrecorded funds of money or assets.
• Our mindset is to eliminate waster of energy, water, and materials
• We aim continuous improvement of environment related guidelines and goals.

Our Code of Conduct shall also apply to our participation in joint operations, and we seek to ensure that our joint venture partners adopt commitments similar to our own in connection with joint projects.

All employees are accountable and under an obligation to raise any issue of doubts with their management for clarification and decision.
