Consultative terms and conditions

As a consultant at HH Consult A/S you will be hired as a project employee for as long as the job is expected to last. Usually, it is about stationing at customers in Denmark or abroad.

HH Consult A/S takes care of the administrative work in relation to your employment, such as wages, insurance, notification of illness, tax, travel arrangements, visa, health certificates, etc.

By employment we offer:

• Hire on a contractual basis at HH Consult A/S for the period estimated by the customer for the duration of the project in question.
• The consultant will be part of the customer’s organisation and managerial and instruction powers are attached to the customer towards the employee during the employment period.
• The employees of HH Consult A/S are covered by a liability- and industrial injury insurance. When working abroad, the employee is covered by a travel insurance, which covers expenses of illness suddenly occurred or acute illness and if necessary repatriation for treatment in his/her home country.
• HH Consult A/S is always of assistance to the employees with necessary approvals from authorities and institutions in relation to stationing and finding solutions of practical problems regarding accommodation and travels.
